Title

Employment tax notification

Purpose

This report creates the monthly employment tax notification.

A notification is created for each employment tax place of work. An ALV list of the employment tax notifications created is output first. You can print, or see a print preview, by double-clicking on a row in the list (print one form). If T50F0 the 'Show Print Dialog' option is set in the table, a dialog box, in which you can specify the print parameters, is shown first. In the background, all forms are output directly.

In release ERP 2005, the output has been converted to HCM APPLICATION LOG. In dialog, you can print individual employment tax notifications by double-clicking in the output list.


By default, each personnel area in the table T001P is interpreted as employment tax place of work.
You can, however, specify your employment tax place of work, in an attribute. Specify the name of this attribute when you set-up the personnel area reporting subapplication employment tax notification (see IMG).

Form

The SAPscript form HR_DE_LSTA, which is proposed in the selection screen of the report, is delivered for the report. Entries in the employment tax notification which depend on the federal state, and their texts, are in the tables T5D2J and T5D2Z. The federal state is determined from the employment tax place of work entry in the table T001P. The form is approved for all federal states by the main tax authority (Oberfinanzdirektion) in Stuttgart (approved 31.07.1995, Ref.: S2377B-269-St33), and is accepted by all tax offices.

Notifying retroactive accounting differences

Retroactive accounting differences are automatically stated in the current notification period.

Repeatability of the employment tax notification

You can repeat the notification for past months, at any time. The report only includes payroll results up to the specified statement period.

Notification of employee association contributions

The employee association contributions for Bremen and the Saarland are notified in separate forms for the original place of work, if the associated employment place of work is in another federal state.
You can collect the notification of all employee association contributions for one place of work in Bremen or the Saarland, with the parameters which are not displayed in the selection screen.
Select the field names 'BWERK'/'BBTRT' for Bremen, or 'SWERK'/'SBTRT' for the Saarland, for the 'Variable' field, under 'Attributes - Change', for your variant, and enter the variable names under 'Selection Variables'. The values of these variables can be maintained in table TVARV.

Druckausgabe

The SAPscript form has been developed for output in laser printers. If you want to use a line printer, create the employment tax notification with the old report RPCSTAD0.

Combining personnel areas

The personnel area reporting (see IMG) functionality is used to combine personnel areas into employment tax places of work.
