Description

Report RPCSVDD1 creates notifications for the BVV pension, which has to be sent to the BVV by data medium every month. At the same time, the report creates an individual list, in which the BVV contributions are listed for each insured person, and a totals list, in which the BVV contributions are summarized for each BVV member company. In addition

the report creates a cover letter for the data medium. Report RPCSVDD1 has to be started every month.

* Program description
Report RPCSVDD1 reads payroll results and writes the created notifications into the TemSe. The notifications are written on a PC disk with the subsequent Report RPUTSV00.

The notifications contain personal data and details on the contribution payments of the insured persons classified by classes. An insured person is only registered, if the infotype 0126 exists for this employee.

The insurance categories with the corresponding special regulations

  • B BVV basic contribution 00, A0, A1
  • D Increased insurance 02
  • F Voluntary continued insurance 01, 03, 04
  • R Supplemental life insurance 09
  • Z Supplementary insurance 08

are read out of Infotype 0079.

Special features are registered in the processing characteristics V0 und VK.

(Processing characteristic VK corresponds to the field md-vmerk in the data medium and V0 corresponds to the field dmd-grvm0 in the data medium).

The following are registered with the processing characteristic VK

  • 11 Death, DCR indicator of the activity
  • 12 Occupation disability pension,
Indicator from DCR Infotype 0020,
  • 13 Retirement pension,
End of insurance coverage from Infotype 0126
  • 16 Cancellation,
End and start of insurance coversage
in Infotype 0126 are consistent
  • 17 Part-time work
Indicator in the infotype
and additional termination
  • 18 Termination At the start of the next month:
Status2 field in Infotype 0000 = 0 or
Infotype 0001 does not exist or
Infotype 0126 does not exist.
