Title

ISoSS information system - OSYS part

Purpose

Data structure used to transfer the systemization (ranking) and organizational structure (OSYS) data into ISoSS.

Integration

Prerequisites

Implement enhancement spot HR_CZ_SYS_DATA. For each BAdI at this enhancement spot, a sample implementation with relevant comment is created.

Service office ID

For year
Based on the year entered, the report determines a data selection period between 1.1. of the given year and 31.12.9999.

At the date
This parameter fills the Effective date field in the XML file.

Standard Variants

Output

Output in the ALV format
The ALV output is structured according to individual service offices. The following data can be displayed for each service office:
1) Organizational units
2) Service positions
3) Ranked positions
4) Special service and ranked positions
5) Organizational tree

Log has to be checked upon display to exclude critical errors.
After the Save result button is clicked, prompt for Process identifier (S0-Sx) occurs. In case of any data errors, the XML file cannot be generated.

Activities

Use the RPCSYST0_FDBK report to analyze the response.
