RPCT22L0 - CP22 - Notification Form by Employer for New Employee

Description

As per the Section 83(2) of the Income Tax act 1967
which reads "Where an employer commences to employ an individual
who is likely to be chargeable to tax in respect of income, in
respect of gains or profits from employment, the employer shall
not later than one month thereafter give written notice to the
Director General stating the full name and the address and the
terms and the date of commencement of the employment"

As per the above income tax rule this adhoc report-CP22
has to be run each time an employer commences to employ an
individual. This report is sent to the tax office.

Requirements

A layout set has to be specified before the report is
printed. In case the Authorised user decides to use his own
layout he can choose the 'Customer' option.

The CP22 report is generated using SAPScript. SAP will
provide the new layout whenever the layout changes. The softcopy
of the same can be generated either in the local hard disk/floppy
(presentation server) or a unix file in the tape (application
server) or a unix file in the tape (application server).

Although SAPScript has provided font substitution for
individual printer to retain the global layout, it is recommended
to use 'HPLJ 4Si/4SiMX PS' laserjet.

Program Parameters

Customer Layout:

To associate user defined layout for the SAPScript report.

Officer in Charge:

Name of the person to be referred by the EPF board if required.
Default is derived from table T526 (Adminstrator) using logon
UserID.

Designation of the Officer:

The designation of the officer in charge is derived from
infotype 0001 (Organizational Assignment).
