Title

HR-MY: Notification of cessation of employment.

Purpose

This program generates the CP22A report for selected period.

The CP22A (Tax) form is printed by the employer if an employer ceases to employ an individual. The employee may have been terminated or retired from the company. A separate report is generated for each Employer Tax Reference Number for each employee.

Integration

Although SAPScript provides font substitution for individual printers to remain global, SAP recommends you to use HPLJ4Si/4SiMX PS laser jet.

Note

Using customer specific settings, you also have the option of reporting data related to Stock Options benefit in Section 1A of the CP22A Form.

Prerequisites

  • The master data records must exist.
  • Payroll results must exist for the selected employees, for the period for which you want to run this report.
  • The wages that are calculated have to be defined with a value in Evaluation Class '8' in T512W (V_512W_D). For Example: Gross wages has specification 10 for Evaluation Class 8 in table 'T512W'.
  • If you want the report to print Stock Options benefit details under Section 1A of the CP22A Form, you must configure the same using the IMG under: Payroll for Malaysia -> Tax Forms -> CP22A Form -> BAdI: Determine Data for Section 1A of CP22A Form.

Features

Selection

CP22A Tax Assessment period is the period for which you want the report. You must give a valid range of Start Date and End Date. The report lists employees terminated till one day later that the date

specified as start date in selection screen.

Present Address is the current address of the Employee.

Future Address is the address of the Employee for future correspondence.

Output

The report prints details of employees terminated within the selected period. Details of each employee begin on a fresh page.
