RPCTAWD0 - Flag Employment Tax Notification for Reprocessing

Purpose

The clearing house to which you have sent the data blocks, returns either the status OK or Error. If the data blocks contain data records with errors, you must correct them.

This report re-creates or re-collects the data blocks which you created with the report RPCTASD0 (Collect Employment Tax Notifications), in this case.

Integration

This is a utility report which you can use in the employment tax notification creation and notification process.

Features

Selection

The report RPCTAWD0 selects all data blocks with the status Error:

• Data blocks with the status Error must be either re-created or re-collected. In this report, you can specify how you want to handle the data blocks:

• If you select the status Re-Collect, you can re-collect the data records in the data block into one data record, with the report RPCTASD0 (Collect employment tax notifications), and send it to the clearing house again.

• If you select the status Re-Create, you can re-create the data records in the data block, with the report RPCTAVD0 (Electronic employment tax notification), and send them to the clearing house again.

This report can:

• Run a test.

• Create a log.
