By using the program you can display required data for filling the following tables of the form called Details of child benefit recipients by children number:

  • Table I: Distribution of the number of families and children receiving child benefit by family size
  • Table II/1: Distribution of the number of families and children receiving child benefit after own and fostered children by family category
  • Table II/2: Distribution of the number of families and children receiving child benefit after own children by family category
  • Table II/3: Families receiving child benefit after children accomodated at fosterers and professional fosterers by children
  • Table III/1: Data of durably sick or severely disabled persons

Prerequisites

You have appropriately set the SI module and correctly entered required data.

Selection

You can do the followings by filling the standard selection parameters:

  • specify the selection criteria of employees
It is practical to select employees in active status only.
  • specify the period of data processing
For testing purposes you can specify any month, but for filling out the form you have to run the program for the required month.

Output

For displaying data the program loads the following data valid for the actual period:

  • the data of the field Accounted (To) from the infotype Payroll status(0003) based on which the system specifies whether the employee has been accounted for the specific period. If not, it rejects the employee with error.
  • the data of the field Child benefit claimed from the infotype SI entitlement (0284),
Only those employees will be managed for whom this field is selected.
  • the data of the field Single (ChB) of the infotype SI entitlement (0284) based on which the system specifies whether the employee is qualified as single,
  • the number and sequence number of children, their date of birth, gender and name from among the entries of the subtype 2 of the infotype Family/reference person (0021),
  • the children's status, and the events (influencing child benefit) that can be assigned to the children with their date and duration from among the entries of the infotype SI child additional data (0286),
  • the code of the SI paying office from the infotype Contributions(0164)
  • the address from the infotype Addresses (0006) based on which the settlement code is specified (from table T5H7R based on city name).

The system makes data available in the following form:

  • Required data for the tables listed are displayed in the form required for filling in the form.
  • The system exports the data in table III/1 concerning durably sick or severely disabled persons to the file specified in the required format.

If you have selected the option Display error list, the system displayes the number of persons selected for processing and the following data in case of an error below the table:

  • the number of persons for whom no data processing took place due to an error
  • lists those persons for whom an error has occured during data processing and the type of error
