RPCTNM9S_HISTO_REP - Training History

Purpose
You use this report to get information on attendees and trainers. To collect and display this data in the ALV, you must specify a catalog object reference such as Business Event Group (L object),Business Event Type (D object) and Course(E object).
If the TNM-LSO Integration is active:
You can specify ET object.

Features
The structure of the report is as follows:
Selection Period
Enter the period to obtain the corresponding objects and data.
You can specify a Reference Date.
Note- The default values for the period are inherited from the period defined in al /PSV* or /LSO_PSV* transactions.
Main Data
You made your selection as follows:
Selection of SL object: the system takes into account all L-D-E objects.
Selection of D object: the system takes into account all D, E objects
Selection of E object: the system takes into account only this type of object, that means, courses.
The valuation path is only displayed as information. Select the group you want to display the information in the Selection Type field.
If the TNM-LSO Integration is active:
You can specify the valuation path you want to use. This applies also to E and ET objects.
Technical Settings
You can make your settings for the report in the Settings for the Training History report customizing activity.
Organizational Assignment
Enables you to filter the data based on the criteria like company code, personnel area etc.
This filtering applies to all types of selection.
Person Data
Enter the personnel number of the person (attendee or trainer).
External Person Data
Enter the ID of the external attendee or the external trainer (H object)
Training Need Data
Select the Training Need (TN) you want to display. The accessible fields refer to the fields of the Regulatory Compliance infotype (1681).
Other Data
Select the Time recording type of the E object.
Display Option
Select the ALV variant.
Output
The report displays an ALV grid containing two sections:
- Selection Options: ALV with the main data entered in the selection screen of the report such as Selection period, Catalog Data etc.
- Selection Results:ALV providing information on each processed object such as Number of days of the object, Attendees, Trainers etc.
The Default attribute provides information on the Time Recording Type of your selected objects.
If the TNM-LSO integration is active, the time recording type of ETobjects corresponds to the positive time recording.
Activities
To access this report on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Training Needs Management -> Training History(transaction /HRTNM00_HISTO).
