Purpose

You use this report to fix the duplicate entries in the Reference Number to Table Part (TABNR)field of the HRP1681 table.

Prerequisites

Features

Selection

You specify the validity period of the objects you want to process.

To start the search for duplicate entries, you can enter in the Ref. Object Type :

• a Training Plan (TP)

• a Training Need (TN)

• a D object (Business Event Type)

Specify a valuation path to get the TN objects, and check if these objects have duplicate TABNR issue. This field is only informative.

You select as follows:

• Display: to display TN and D objects with the same TABNR

• Update: to update automatically the TABNR field of TN objects. This automatic update only applies to TN objects.

• Test: to start an update without any impact on the database. This mode is useful to identify TN objects to be fixed manually.

Standard Variants

Output

This report outputs a log displaying the duplicates.
