Purpose

This report generates TP1 form. Employee fills this form and sends it to the employer for claiming personal deductions.

The report reads the master data and cluster table for accumulated deductions information of an employee, and generates the TP1 form.

Prerequisites

Features

Selection

Specify the following selection criteria:

Selection - Select an employee or a range of employees.

TP1 Reporting - Enter the year for which you want to generate TP1 form.

Generation Date-Enter the date for which you want to generate TP1 form.

Authorized-Enter name of the person who signs the TP1 form on behalf of the employer.

Designation-Enter the designation of the person who signs the TP1 Form on behalf of the employer.

Standard Variants

Output

The report generates TP1 form that contains personal information, deduction details of an employee, and relevant employer details.

Activities

1. From SAP Easy Access menu, choose Human Resources -> Payroll-> Asia pacific -> Malaysia -> subs activities -> Period-independent -> Other -> TP1 2010 Report

The TP1 Reportscreen appears.

1. Enter the relevant selection criteria
2. Choose Program -> Execute.

System generates TP1 form with relevant employee and employer details on the output screen.
