Purpose

You can use this report to view the data records that you created using the report RPCTXVD1 (Generate Employment Tax Data).

Integration

This report is an auxiliary report that you can use within the framework of the process for creating and reporting employment tax statement data. For more information about this process, see Process flow of the employment tax statement with Elster wage. The present report replaces the obsolete report RPCTXLD0.

Features

Selection

You can use the following criteria to select the data records that you want to view:

  • Selection by Report
You can specify the processing data ticket and/or the transfer ticket. The system then checks whether the statements for the personnel numbers selected in the ‘Selection’ area are part of this ticket. Personnel numbers for which there is no authorization are not selected.
  • Selection According to Status
The system checks whether the current status of the statements for the personnel numbers selected in the ‘Selection’ area corresponds to the specified status.
You can also specify that only statements currently present in the clearing house are to be selected. If you do not select this field, obsolete statements and statements that are not yet reported are also displayed. However, only the record with the current status is checked here.
  • Time-Based Restrictions
The system checks whether the statement end of the statements for the personnel numbers selected in the ‘Selection’ area lies within the specified period. You can also make selections according to the date and/or time of the last change. Again, the records are checked here only for their current status.
  • Output Options
  • Personnel Number Log: The internal table and statement tables for each employee according to statement period are displayed that were determined in the current run.

  • Short Log: A list of the selected statements is output.

  • Output as Print List: The result is not displayed in a tree structure, but rather as a flat list.
