RPCTXWD0 - Flag employment tax data for reprocessing

This report is obsolete. Instead, use report RPCTXWD1.

Purpose

The clearing house you have sent the user data blocks to returns the status as either OK or With Errors. If the user data blocks contain data records with errors, you must re-processes those user data blocks.

In this case, you can use this report to regenerate or recollect the user data blocks that you have generated with report RPCTXSD0 (Merge Employment Tax Data). Note:

This report can be used only if the error messages were raised when collecting the logs from the clearing house, and the respective entries thereby have the status In Process (Errors - All User Data or Errors - Partial User Data) in the B2A Manager.

Integration

This report is an auxiliary report that you can use during the process of creating and reporting employment tax statement data.

Selection

Report RPCTXWD0 selects all user data blocks with status OK or With Errors.

• User data blocks with status OK receive status Completed in table P01T_TRANS. The data records contained in this user data block have status To Print.

• User data blocks with status With Errors must either be regenerated or recollected. You can use this report to specify how you would like to continue for each of the user data blocks:

• If you choose status Recollect, the data records contained in this data block can be remerged into a new data record and then resent to the clearing house using report RPCTXSD0 (Merge Employment Tax Data).

• If you choose status Regenerate, the data records contained in this data block can be regenerated and then resent to the clearing house using report RPCTXKD0 (Employment Tax Statement Correction).

This report provides the following options:

• You can perform a test run.

• You can generate a log of the run.
