RPCUEMI0 - UniEmens

Purpose

This program generates data for UNIEmens at employee level and saves them in cluster PCL1-I1 using the logical database PNP.

The program runs two steps of the general process:

1. Generates contribution data at employee level and saves them in cluster I1. These data will be then cumulated and sent for posting activities through program RPCUEDI0.
2. Generates data for UNIEmens declaration at employee level and saves them in cluster I.

In order to ensure run flexibility to the program:

• It extracts data for the declaration (payroll results from cluster RI, TM results from cluster B2+ PCL1-PC, employee's master data from InfoType and other data from the customizing tables;

• It can generate (also not simultaneously) UNIEmens data for INPS contribution and data for UNIEmens declaration; for example, if necessary, it can generate data for INPS contribution, but not those for UNIEmens declaration during the first program run; later the same program can be run once again, in order to generate the remaining data for UNIEmens declaration.

This program's selection screen is made up of four areas:

Selection and Processing Period

These data are managed by class PNP-HR. The period is exclusively determined by year and month and the entry of the start date and end date is not allowed; the standard fields are

Personnel Number, Company Code Key and Payroll Area and further parameters can be added.

Grouping/INPS Code

In this area the user selects a Company Code and a Grouping for DM10 calculation. The user can also select an INPS Code and/or a Place of employment: in this way the employees corresponding to the selected configuration are processed.

Processing Options

Checkbox Calculates ex-DM10 (for INPS position) is used to automatically call the second program for Individual UniEmens (RPCUEDI0), which cumulates INPS contributions and saves them in cluster I1. The result of this cumulation operation can be displayed by selecting checkbox Display ex-DM10 details for employee.
