Purpose

This program generates data for UNIEmens at employee level and saves them in the PCL1 I1 cluster using the logical database PNP.

The program runs two steps in the general process:

  1. It generates contribution data at employee level and saves them in the I1 cluster. These data will be then cumulated and sent for posting activities through the program RPCUEDI0.
  2. It generates data for the UNIEmens declaration at employee level and saves them in the I1 cluster.

In order to ensure flexibility to the program execution:

  • It extracts data for the declaration (payroll results from the RI cluster, TM results from the B2+ PCL1-PC cluster, employees master data from the info-type and other data from the customizing tables);
  • It can generate (even not simultaneously) the UNIEmens data for the INPS contribution and the data for the UNIEmens declaration; for example, if necessary, it can generate data for the INPS contribution, but not those for the UNIEmens declaration during the first program run; later the same program can be run again, in order to generate the remaining data for the UNIEmens declaration.

The selection screen of this program is made up of four areas:

Selection and Processing period

These data are managed by the PNP HR class. The period is exclusively determined by the year and month and it is not allowed to enter the start and end date; Personnel Number, Company Code Key and Payroll Area are the standard fields and additional parameters can be added.

INPS Grouping/Code

In this area the user selects the Company Code and a Grouping for DM10 calculation. The user can moreover select a INPS Code and/or a Place of Work: in this way the employees corresponding to the required configuration are processed.

Processing options

The processing options of this EMens branch are limited to the processing of data in background or with live run.
