RPCUPDJ0 - Display Update Log (Japan)

Purpose
You use this report to display the infotype update logs from database and/or archive files, which help you monitor any changes of the sensitive infotypes.
Integration
Prerequisites
You have performed the following steps in Customizing for Personnel Administration under Tools-> Revision-> Counry-Specific Settings for Japan ->Infotype Log - Japan -> Update Log:
Features
Selection
To display update log, you need to specify from where you want to read the log information, from database or from archive files. You can select one or both of them.
In selection group box, you enter the required information such as personnel number, infotype, subtype, infotype period, and so on.
Standard Variants
Output
The report displays the selection criterion and update logs in the output.
In update logs, the report shows the following information:
- The person who updates the infotype.
- The time that the user updates the intotype record.
- The infotypes and the subtypes that the user updates.
- The operations that are performed.
You can also display the detailed information such as the transaction code , the start date and the end date and the original start date and end date for each entry .
You can also display the lastest logs for the infotype record.
Note:
Before you view the detailed contents of an update log entry, you must ensure you have the sufficient authorization for releavant objects, for example, infotype, personnel number and personnel area.
