Purpose

Display and Process Confirmations for AI Outbound Notifications

Prerequisites

You have already used the report Assignment of AI Inbound Notifications (RPCUVHD0_IN) to assign the confirmations to an outbound notification.

Features

You can display and process error confirmations and master data error confirmations that require postprocessing by the administrator. In addition, you can display confirmations for AI master data (data record DSSD).

Processing of the error confirmation or master data error confirmation is documented by selecting the notification in the overview list and choosing a relevant pushbutton. The system thereby changes the status of the notification in the database and, if required, triggers the automatic further processing of the notification. Selection

Selection of Notifications group box

You can use the following settings to restrict the selection of notifications according to time-based criteria.

• Notifications from year

Only notifications whose reporting period is in the specified years are selected.

• Without time restriction

All notifications are selected, regardless of the time at which the status changed.

• Run identification

Only notifications with the specified Run Identification are selected.

Selection restrictions

If necessary, you can restrict the display of notifications to Personnel area/subarea (Reporting). To do so, enter the required individual values in the Selection Criteria group box.

If necessary, you can also restrict the display of notifications on AI agency level by making the appropriate entries for individual values in the Workers' Compensation Association field.

Here, you specify whether you want to display only notifications that require an action, or whether you want to display all notifications.

Output

Overview List

The selected notifications are initially displayed in an overview list. In this overview list, you can make the required status changes by selecting the notifications and choosing the relevant pushbutton.

The system performs an action or status change only if it is permitted for all selected notifications. After you choose the pushbutton, the actions are only flagged and not yet performed in the database. For changed notifications, the system indicates this using a yellow symbol in the Processing Status column. To save the changes permanently to the database, choose Save. The system uses a green icon to represent saved changes in the list.

Details Screen

If you select notifications and choose the Details pushbutton, you can display a detailed display of the selected notifications. For a single notification, you can also double-click it to see the detailed display.

The detailed view is structured as follows:

• Display of all existing data modules with the content of all relevant fields

• Display of status history

All status changes made are displayed in an overview, sorted in descending order by the time of the change. The current status is in the first line of this list.
