RPCUVLD0_OUT - Administrator's List for AI Outbound Notifications

Purpose

Display and Process AI Outbound Notifications Using report Administrator list for AI outbound notifications (RPCUVLD0_OUT), the following notifications can be displayed:

• Query by the AI Master Data Service (Data Record DSAS)

• Submission of Electronic Wage Statements (Data Record DSLN)

Prerequisites

If there were queries by the AI master data service, the notifications were created by the report

Create AI Master Data Service Queries (RPCUVAD0_OUT) or, for the submission of electroinc AI wage statements, with the report Create Notifications for Electronic AI Wage Statement (RPCUVBD0_OUT).

Features

You can select and process AI notifications that require manual postprocessing by the administrator.

You can document the processing of a notification by selecting the notification in the overview list and choosing a relevant pushbutton. This changes the status of the notifications in the database. These status changes are usually the prerequisite for the automatic further processing of the notification. For more information on the procedure and the significance of the pushbuttons, see the Processing of Notifications in the Administrator List's Worklist documentation.

Selection

Selection of Notifications group box

You can use these parameters to restrict the selection of notifications according to time-based criteria.

• Notifications from year

Only notifications whose reporting period is in the specified years are selected.

• Without time restriction

All notifications are selected, regardless of the time at which the status changed.

• Run identification

Only notifications with the specified Run Identification are selected.

Selection restrictions

If necessary, you can restrict the display of notifications to Personnel area/subarea (Reporting). To do so, enter the required individual values in the Selection Criteria group box.

If necessary, you can also restrict the display of notifications on AI agency level by making the appropriate entries for individual values in the Workers' Compensation Association field.

Here, you specify whether you want to display only notifications that require an action, or whether you want to display all notifications.

Overview List

The selected notifications are initially displayed in an overview list. In this overview list, to make the required status changes, select the notifications and choose the relevant pushbutton.

An action or status change is only performed if it is permitted for all selected notifications. After you choose the pushbutton, the actions are only flagged and not yet performed in the database. For changed notifications, this is indicated by a yellow symbol in the Processing Status column. To save the changes permanently to the database, choose Save. Saved changes are shown in the list with a green icon.

Details Screen

If you select notifications and choose the Details pushbutton, you can display a detailed display of the selected notifications. For a single notification, you can also double-click it to see the detailed display.

The detailed view is structured as follows:

• Display of all existing data modules with the content of all relevant fields

• Display of status history

All status changes made are displayed in an overview, sorted in descending order by the time of the change. The current status is in the first line of this list.
