Purpose

You use this report to display the value of accrued quotas in Swedish Krona (SEK).

Integration

Prerequisites

  • The report reads the quotas and payroll results.Therefore, make sure that you have run time evaluation and payroll up to the key date for which you run the report.
  • To determine the correct values of quotas in Swedish Krona (SEK), in Customizing for Payroll, choose Payroll: Sweden -> Public Sector -> Payroll -> General Reporting -> Vacation Debt List -> Set Valuation Bases.

Features

The program reads the quota statuses by the selected key date. The report reads the value of the quota from the payroll result for the month in which the key date falls.

Selection

  • Original Payroll Results
  • If you do not choose this option, the program uses the most recent payroll results for the period in which the key date falls (SRTZA= A).

  • If you choose this option, the program reads the payroll results that were accounted within the period in which the key date falls, that is, the original payroll results .

This option is only for partial use because the program cannot read the quota status using the same "original" logic.
  • Display Quota IDs
  • If you do not choose this option, only one line appears for each personnel assignment in the output table because the system merges all quotas into one line.

  • If you choose this option, the system displays the quotas separately.

Standard Variants

Output

  • Entitlement
The set of quotas displayed depends on whether the employee is salaried or hourly paid.
  • Salaried - quotas 29/31/32/33/34/35/36

  • Hourly paid - quotas 29/30/31/32/33/34/35/36

  • Used
The set of quotas displayed depends on whether the employee is salaried or hourly paid.
  • Salaried - quotas 30/31/32/33/34/35/36

  • Hourly paid - quotas 28/30/31/32/33/34/35/36

  • Rate
Determined by the payroll results and the Vacation debttable (T5SVA_CE). The value is in Swedish Krona (SEK).
  • Amount
The value is in Swedish Krona (SEK).

Activities

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Accessscreen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Sweden -> Public Sector -> Subsequent Activities -> Per Payroll Period -> Vacation and Compensation Debt.
