RPCVWBD0 - Create BVV Notifications (AVmG)

Purpose

Report RPCVWBD0 creates notifications for the BVV pension, which has to be sent to the BVV by data medium every month. The report simultaneously creates an individual list that lists BVV contributions for each person insured. The report also creates a cover letter for the data medium.

Report RPCVWBD0 must be started monthly.

Integration

Report RPVWBD0 reads payroll results and writes the created notifications into the TemSe. You use the following report (RPUTSV00) to write the messages to a PC disk or to display them. The created notifications are created according to the data record description described in the 'BVV-Beitragsabrechnung' (BVV contribution payroll) document (www.bvv.de).

The report also creates a TemSe file for transferring the contributions to the BVV. You can use the 'Preliminary Program for Data Medium Exchange for Health Insurance Funds' report (RPCDTSD0) to prepare the transfer of the BVV contributions.

Selection

The created notifications are written to the TemSe using the selection parameter Generate Output File.

The selection parameter Generate Output file for DTS is used to create a TemSe file for the transfer of the contributions to the BVV. A cover letter to the BVV is also created.

Standard Variants

Output

If you select the selection parameter Short Log, a list of the created records and transfer records is displayed.

If you select the selection parameter Log, a list of the created notification records is also displayed.

If you select the selection parameter Log (Old Format), a formatted list of the created notification records is displayed using ALV. This list can be used to change control levels and to form totals.

The cover letter to the BVV is output as a PDF file or via SAPscript.
