RPCVZAN0 - CAK: Create Registration/Deregistration

Purpose

You can use this report to create registrations, deregistrations and adjustments and save them in a file for the Central Administration Office (CAK).

The report is only intended for pension funds and insurers designated by the CAK to carry out source deduction.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have executed report Select Persons for Registration with/ Deregistration from CAK (RPCVZPN0) or manually included persons in table Register/Deregister Persons with/from CAK (P05T_CVZ_REG).

Your role profile has been assigned to ACTVT value 01 in the Authorization Object for Dutch Electronic Declaration (P_NL_LA06).

Features

Selection

In "Selections" you can use the Legal Person field to select the required legal person. The Payroll Year indicates the year to which the payroll applies. The Payroll Period is the number of the payroll period. The CAK Sequence Number is the alphanumeric indication used to position a CAK file vis-à-vis files that were sent earlier.

If desired, you can use indicator Test Mode to execute this report in test mode. In that case the data is not saved in the database.

The Path for the CAK file indicates the location where the file should be saved.

The File Name is automatically determined in accordance with the CAK instructions and consists of the tax registration number, the year, the month number and a sequence letter. Example of a file name: 123456789V12.2008.01B.csv.

Before you download the file in its final form, you have selected the persons (with the help of PC00_M05_CVZP) and, if necessary, updated it (with the help of transaction PC00_M05_UCVZ).

Standard Variants

Output

If you have not chosen the Test Mode option, the CAK file is saved in the specified location.

The log displays a report, broken down in General Messages and Statistics. The general messages consist of a report with message texts regarding the process of registration, deregistration and updating. The statistics display the number of selected, processed and incorrect registrations, deregistrations or updates.
