Title
Workers' Compensation: Configuration check
Purpose
This program assists you in finding configuration errors for 'Workers' Compensation Premium Calculation'. The program performs two different checks:
- Check the assignment of employees to classification groups.
- Check the configuration of table 'Classification groups assignment for WCB' (T5KWB).
Integration
Prerequisites
Features
The output of the two checks will provide you with the following details:
- Assignment of employees to classification groups
The output of the list provides you with the employee's personnel number, position, job, and organizational unit. Furthermore the list shows:
- Classification group: This information is derived from the employee's position, job or organization unit according to customizing in T5KWB. This field is blank in the case of an error.
- Object type: This column shows the object type for which the assignment was found in table T5KWB (blank in the case of an error).
- Object ID: This column shows the object ID for which an assignment exists (blank in the case of an error).
- Error message: Here you will find a description of the detected error.
If you are only interested in employees with missing assignment then select option 'Only display errors'.
You can resolve errors in this area by configuring table T5KWB. The program verifies the assignment for the date and employees specified on the selection screen.
- Check of T5KWB configuration
The result of this check shows objects, which have an assignment that leads to errors. This can be the case if an organizational unit is assigned to more than one classification group.
For example organizational unit 50081271 is assigned to classification groups 0001 and 0002. This program will detect such an error. The output for this error could be:
OT: O (Organizational unit)
WC ObjID: 50081271
Start date: 01.01.2000
Cl%: 200,00
The output list contains the following columns:
- Object type (OT): This is the object type of the record in question on table T5KWB.
- WC Object ID: This is the object ID for which the error occurred.
- Start date: For this date table T5KWB holds several records for this object (object type and ID). Verify that this object is only assigned to one classification group at a time. Carefully review the time frames. (In the case of percentage splits - verify that splits add up to 100% at any time.)
- Percentage (CL%): This percentage shows that either there is an over- or under-assignment for this object. The assignment for every entry in T5KWB has to equal 100% at any time.
