RPCZFAD0_BZ02 - ZfA Notifications Created BZ02

Purpose

The report creates BZ02 notifications for requesting bonus numbers from the German central pension administration office (ZfA).

BZ02 notifications must be created in accordance with section 91 of EStG when the payroll offices exchange data with the ZfA; this procedure, and the notification formats, are described in the ZfA communication guides.

Integration

Prerequisites

Before the payroll offices can exchange data with the ZfA, the employee entitled to the bonus must give his or her consent. This must be entered in infotype 0745 (HDB Messages in Public Sector) along with information about the type of bonus to which the employee is entitled.

If the employee entitled to the bonus (generally a public sector employee) does not have a PI number, the payroll office must first request a bonus number from the ZfA by means of a BZ02 notification. This number is returned in a ZB01 notification and entered in infotype 0745. Only then can BZ01 notifications be sent to the ZfA to transfer the data required to calculate bonuses.

• Notifications created are recorded in Status Management (provided that this has been activated).

Selection

• If status management has been activated, the XML Download option is not offered. In this case, XML files are created separately from notifications in report Outbound ZfA Notifications - RPCZFAD0_OUTBOUND.
