RPCZVDD2 - Creation of Data Medium (SP Reporting)

Purpose

Data medium program

The notifications with the status New are collected for the selected personnel numbers. A file is created in the TemSe for each supplementary pension institute. The status of the processed notifications is set to Transferred.

If the relevant supplementary pension institute (ZVE) always wants totals records to be reported to them, these are also written to the file. In this case, the totals records are set to Transferred. If the ZVE does not want to receive any totals records, they are given the status Internal. This also applies if no data medium at all is generated due to other missing notifications.

The system creates a delivery note/label for the data medium created if you did not start the report in test mode.

Output

You can use the Business Add-In HRPBSDEZVDTTEMSENAME to influence the TemSe object description (for example when you use Combined Creation of Data Medium (RPUZVMD2)).
