General Material Data PERFORM Short ReferenceThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
Before using the AFIP Digital Salary Book web service, the taxpayer must register all concepts that appear on payslips from the company and associate pre-defined AFIP concepts with each one.
This report allows you to generate a text file with the corresponding allocation between the wage types you use in the Digital Salary Book and the AFIP codes. You can load this file on the AFIP website using the Mass load by import button.
Integration
You run this report and load the generated text file on the AFIP website. Afterwards, generate the file in txt format from the Digital Salary Book by using the Digital Salary Book report (RFC_PAYAR_F931).
Prerequisites
You have run the Customizing activities Check wage types for F.931 and Change wage types for F.931.

Activities
The wage types that appear on the report screen are the same ones that you customized in the Customizing activities Check wage types for F.931 and Change wage types for F.931.
You can add or remove wage types by using the buttons in the upper part of the screen.
For each wage type on the screen, select an AFIP code, mark whether the concept can repeat again and mark the corresponding Social Insurance subsystems.
If you want to load the information of the previous file to speed up the entry of data, press the Load .TXTbutton and select the file that you wish to load.
Once the allocation for all wage types you want is performed, press the Check entries button. The report checks whether all wage types are part of the SAP standard.
If an error occurs, a pop-up window will report it.
Lines without an AFIP code are ignored when the final text file is generated with the mapping. This does not represent an error.
Press the Generate .TXT button. The report asks you where you want to save the file.
