Purpose

You use this report to generate automatically the eSocial events related to the employee and transmit them to the system database. The events regarding the employee are actions or situations that come from the relationship between the employee and the employer (for example, employee hiring or salary change).

Integration

Prerequisites

In the BAdI Update task/infotype update (HRPAD00INFTY), you activated the implementation HRPAYBR_EFG_CHG_MGMT.

Features

The report identifies automatically those changes based on the following factors:
  • Employees affected by those changes on master data

  • Events that need to be generated

  • Period relevant for the event generation

To set the period, the report compares the start date for the employee in the Control table of events to be generated (T7BREFD_EVTOGEN) and the eSocial start date in the customizing activity Specify eSocial use dates in production mode. If the date in the table T7BREFD_EVTOGEN is later, the system considers the entry.
Thus, the report generates the events.

Selection

Determine if you want to show the event information in details and if you want to run the report in production mode.

To access this report, in menu SAP Easy Access, select Personnel-> Payroll -> America -> Brazil-> Information system -> eSocial -> Event generation -> Employee event automatic generator.
