Purpose

You use this report to generate eSocial events related to the employee and pass them on to the system database. The events regarding the employee are actions or situations that come from the relationship between the employee and the employer (for example, employee hiring or salary change).

Besides, this report also considers the events classified as S - SST event from employee.

Integration

Prerequisites

If you want to avoid that selected employees stay blocked for a long time, perform the customizing activity Specify maximum of blocked personnel numbers to generate events.

To generate the same type of Health and Safety at work (SST) event more than once on the same day, perform the following steps:

1. Classify the event as S - SST event from employee in the customizing activity Set event types.
2. Customize the event of SST so the value of the information type (field INF_VALUE) has exactly 8 digits and is composed by the employee number (field PERNR) and an unique identifier. For example, 0000032401, where 324 is the employee number, 01 is the unique identifier and the zeros at the left make the complete 8 digits.

Features

The report groups the employees according to a defined number of personnel numbers and blocks an employee group each time during the execution.

Selection

Select the employee or the employee group and the validity of the information.

Note that for events regarding initial registration of employment, change of registry data and beginning of employee with no employment relationship, the name of the employee is filled based in the date the event was generated.

Activities

To access this report, in menu SAP Easy Access, select Personnel-> Payroll -> America -> Brazil-> Information system -> eSocial -> Event generation -> Employee event generator.
