Purpose

You use this report to generate eSocial events related to the tables and save them in the system database. The table events determine the company in its structure, functioning, processes and employment relationships and help to validate other events in the eSocial process.

The system considers as table events those events classified as T - Table event in the customizing activity Set event types.

Transaction code

Integration

Prerequisites

You performed the following customizing activities:

Features

The table events are generated in the system without period information. That is, the system uses the dates 01.01.1800 to 31.12.9999 as validity period.

The information of events related to the tables are maintained on the SAP system in tables with the validity format DDMMYYYY. However, the legal requirement for those events requires a validity in the MMYYYY format.

To generate the events with the appropriate validity format, the system processes the information as follows:

  • Situation: In the SAP system, the information validity starts in one month and ends during another month.
  • System processing: The system generates the corresponding event with the validity end set to the month after the month of the original information.
  • Example: The information validity is from 01/01/2014 to 15/03/2014. The system generates the corresponding event with the validity from 01/2014 to 02/2014.
  • Situation: In the SAP system, there are two information whose validity starts in the same month.
  • System processing: The system generates an unique event that corresponds to the second information.
  • Example: The first information has a validity from 01/01/2014 to 15/01/2014, and the second information has a validity from 16/01/2014 to 31/01/2014. The generated event is valid for 01/2014.

Selection

Select the company.

Set the reference date. This date is compared to the valid-to date of the event source table in order to set the event valid-to date. If the valid-to date of the tables is after the field date, the event is generated with the valid-to date as 31.12.9999 (that is, the valid-to date field is not generated in the event XML file).

Standard Variants

Output

The report displays as much entries as the number of values of the event type. The report displays one entry for each wage type, for instance, for the wage type table event. The report shows the corresponding error or warning messages for each of the entries.
