Purpose

This report is used to generate the Integrated Form of Contribution Settlement (PILA).

The report processes both the active employees and pensioner, depending on the data entered in the selection screen.

The report generates the following records for the active employees:

  • Record 01: Company general data
  • Record 02: Integrated form of contribution settlement
  • Record 06: Contribution of the entire period to the occupational risks (ARL)

The report generates the following records for the pensioners:

  • Record 01: Company general data
  • Record 02: Integrated form of contribution settlement

It is the responsibility of the information operator to generate the other records.

Integration

This report substitutes the following reports that are out of maintenance:

  • Integrated Form of Contribution Settlement to Social Insurance and Non-fiscal (HCOPILA0)
  • Pensioners Electronic Integrated Form (HCOFIEP0)

Prerequisites

You must have run the following Customizing activities:

Features

Selection

In addition to the standard selection options, you can specify the following data in the selection screen:

  • Office: If your company has the Officevalue defined as Presentation form in table T7CO01, it is necessary to fill in the field Officein the selection screen. In this case, the report has to be run once for each office.
  • Test run:Select this check box to run the report in test mode and verify that the information in the flat file are correct. Once everything is correct, deselect this check box in order to run the report in production mode, and save the flat file in the PILA cluster.
  • Payment period, year / month
  • No. of associated form: This field is mandatory if you generate a type N form - Corrections
  • Payment date: This field is mandatory if you generate a type N form - Corrections
  • Max. number of contributed days: This field is mandatory if you generate a type A form - Contributors with Hiring update.
  • Correction initial year, month: This field is mandatory if you generate a type N form - Corrections

Standard Variants

Output

On the left side of the output screen, correctly processed employees are displayed, with errors or unprocessed.

In the ALV output there is also a sorting option, which allows the user to change the way the lines are displayed. Also, columns can be dragged across the screen to rearrange the display. These changes have no impact on the layout of the positional file.

The Downloadbutton allows the user to download the position file in a static order by register (decreasing) and sequence number. This order cannot be changed by the user.
