RPC_PAYPT_BFA_CHECK - HR-PT: list of dependents assigned to several employees

Purpose

This program aims at checking if dependents exist (defined in infotype 0021) assigned to several banking sector employees.

PC00_M19_BFA_CHECK

Integration

Prerequisites

The check is carried out based on the infotype reading Family member/dependent (0021) based on the existence check of several records in this infotype for the same dependent's tax code.

Only the records with the field Parental responsibility selected in infotype 0021 are chosen.

Output

If a particular dependent is assigned to several employers, the program displays a record with an error specification. Otherwise, the program displays the specification that no errors were found.

Activities

To access this report, in menu SAP Easy Access, select Personnel-> Payroll-> Europe -> Portugal -> Banking Sector -> Dependents list assigned to several employees.
