RPDSVCD1 - Display Data for Automatic Contribution Rate File

Title

Display contribution rate file (RPDSVCD1)

Purpose

The Informationstechnische Servicestelle der Gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung GmbH (ITSG), the information service for German state health insurance, provides an automatic contribution rate file containing all the contribution rates for the last five years from the statutory health insurance funds required for the payroll.

You can use this report to display the contents of the file.

Prerequisites

The file is in a directory on your PC and corresponds to the naming convention of the ITSG (V3.BSD).

Attention:

The contribution rate file involved here is version 3.0. This version is only supported until December 31, 2010. Use report RPDSVCD0 instead, which uses version 4 of the contribution rate file.

Note:

SAP has entered into an outline agreement with the ITSG that makes it possible for all of our customers to download the contribution rate file from the SAP Service Marketplace for free. You can find the download option and other information under http://service.sap.com/hrde.

Selection

You can enter company numbers to restrict which health insurance funds are displayed.

Output

A tree with the hierarchy levels Health Insurance Fund Type and Health Insurance Fund is displayed on the left side of the screen.

When you click a health insurance fund, the system displays the data about this fund and its contribution rates on the right side of the screen.
