RPEU_SAFTN_MONITOR - SAF-T Monitor

Purpose

You use the SAF-T Monitor report to obtain detailed information on all SAF-T operations carried out for a given time period, country and company code.

Integration

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites. However, the purpose of this app is to display operations previously carried out in the Extract Data for SAF-T apps.

Features

Selection

Enter a Country, Company Codeand time period (From Date, to...).

If you select the Show Gapscheckbox, the app shows also periods for which no extraction has been performed. For these items, a red cross will be shown in the Gapcolumn of the output.

Standard Variants

Output

The outcome of the monitoring process is displayed in an ALV list. This includes information about extractions, file generation, as well as information on ledger types, extraction modules, XML schema versions, run time, and access to execution logs for each operation.

The top Data Extractionscreen area shows the data of each extraction that fulfills the selection parameters. An icon in the File Generationscolumn indicates that a file has already been generated for the extraction. If there’s no icon in this column, no file has been generated for the given extraction.

Click on this icon in the File Generationcolumn to display the data of the files generated for an extraction. The details of the files are displayed on the File Generations of Selected Extractionscreen area.

Note

In case file generation is not activated for your country, instead of data for file generations, the report shows data for consolidations. Consolidation is performed by the system after extraction to ensure that the most up-to-date data is available in the database for a given file type and reporting period.

Activities

To access the Monitor SAF-T app, navigate to the Reporting app group and press on the corresponding app tile.
