RPFIES_SII_EDOCLIST - Create eDocument Lists for Tax Register Books with SII (Spain)

Purpose

If you want to submit tax data (VAT or IGIC) to the tax authorities using the Immediate Supply of Information System (SII), you have to create lists of eDocuments that are relevant for this submission.

With this app, you can create such lists.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have run the Create eDocuments for SII (Spain) app in order to create the necessary eDocuments.

Features

Selection

You must select at least a company code and an entry date.

You must enter the maximum number of eDocuments in a list.

If you want to create and submit eDocument lists also for eDocuments relevant for the Canary Islands, select the Create eDoc Lists for Canary Islands checkbox.

You can select the Submit eDocument Lists checkbox to submit your lists directly to the tax agency. Note that you can also submit your lists using the eDocument Cockpit app.

Output

The output shows two sections: one with the general data of the report run and below another section that shows the number of lists successfully created per eDocument type or the errors that resulted from the report run.

You can display the eDocuments lists that have been created using the eDocument Cockpitapp.
