RPFIGLO_ACCESSLOG - Generate Access Log

Purpose

You can use this report to display the access details of users who access the log fields, using the entered company code, in a given date range.

Integration

Prerequisites

In order to see the access details of fields in the access log report, you must specify the respective log fields in the Define Fields Required for Access LogCustomizing activity.

Features

Selection

On the selection screen, make the following entries:

• In the Access Log group box, enter the company code and access date range. You must specify both company code and access date.

• In the Further Selections group box, enter relevant details.

Standard Variants

Output

The report generates an ALV output based on the selection criteria. The ALV output contains details such as field name, access date and time, transaction code, and terminal, among others.

Activities

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Accounting-> Financial Accounting-> Accounts Payable-> Withholding Tax-> Japan-> Generate Access Log.
