RPFILUCBR - Central Bank Reporting (Luxembourg)

Purpose
You use this report to prepare balance-of-payment reporting in Luxembourg. Companies that have receivables and payables abroad and that provide or procure services and transactions abroad must report their foreign trade transactions directly to the relevant authority. This report enables companies (non-banks) to report on Other Investments to the Luxembourg Central Bank.
Integration
Prerequisites
Make the following settings as required, in Customizing for Financial Accounting,under General Ledger Accounting → Periodic Processing → Report → Foreign Trade Regulations → Luxembourg:
Features
This report enables companies to report closing balances for receivables and payables that belongs to the following reporting categories:
- STATEC
- BCL
These include invoices, credit memos, down payments, and G/L account postings and special postings for debt waiver and debt relief.
The system assigns the selected document line items to the reporting category and subcategory based on your settings in the activity, Define Criteria for Assigning Documents to Report Category/Subcategory.
Selection
On the selection screen, specify the company code for which you are submitting the foreign trade declaration.
You can also specify the following additional restrictions for display:
- In the General Selection group box, specify the posting date, document type, country, currency and special G/L indicator
- In the Reporting Typegroup box, select one of the following reporting categories:
- STATEC
- BCL
- In the Further Selection group box, select one or many of the following:
- G/L accounts
- Select this checkbox only if you want to select pure G/L accounting documents. In order to select specific G/L accounts you have to enter them in Customizing for Define Criteria for Assigning Doc. to Reporting Cat./Subcat. under Financial Accounting → General Ledger Accounting → Periodic Processing → Report → Foreign Trade Regulations → Luxembourg
- Customers
- Select this checkbox if you want to select the documents of specific customers based on customer account number, customer reconciliation account number, or both.
- Vendors
- Select this checkbox if you want to select the documents of specific vendors based on vendor account number, vendor reconciliation account number, or both.
- In the List layout group box, specify a list format. To define a list layout, first run the report online, and specify and save the layout. If you later run the report in the background (or online), you can specify the list layout you have already defined.
Standard Variants
Output
The report displays the following details in an ALV:
- For accounts managed on an open-item basis, it displays the determined end balance per currency
- For G/L accounts
- Balance sheet accounts with balance in local currency = X, it displays closing balance only in local currency
- Balance sheet accounts without balance in local currency, it displays closing balance in each available currency
- Balance sheet accounts in foreign currency, it displays closing balance in this foreign currency
- P&L accounts (only relevant for interest), it displays period balance in each available currency
Activities
To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Accounting → Financial Accounting → General Ledger → Reporting → Foreign Trade Regulations → Belgium/Luxembourg → Central Bank Reporting (Luxembourg).
