RPFISK_MIGRATION - Slovakia VAT ledger new view cluster migration report

Purpose

You use this report to migrate VAT ledger data from the Tax section slovakia (FISKC_TAXSECTN) and Document type by tax codes (FISKC_DOCTYPE) tables to the Tax Sections for VAT Ledger (Slovakia) (FISKC_TAXSEC) and Document Types for VAT Ledger (Slovakia) (FISKC_DOCTYP) tables, thus reducing the effort required to manually migrate the data.

Note

Only migrate those entries that have yet to be included in the VAT Ledger Report.

Integration

Prerequisites

Ensure that you have maintained the necessary settings in the FISKVC_TAXSECTN view cluster.

Features

Selection

On the selection screen, choose one of the following radio butttons:

• Full migration

Select this radio button if you want to copy all contents from the old tables to the new ones.

• Based on parameters

Select this radio button if you want to copy content on the basis of certain parameters. Enter the country and company code.

• Delete (selection parameters)

Select this radio button if you want to delete entries in the FISKC_DOCTYP and FISKC_TAXSEC tables on the basis of your selection criteria. Enter the country and company code.

• Delete full

Select this radio button if you want to delete all contents from the FISKC_DOCTYP and FISKC_TAXSEC tables.

• Show data (selection parameter)

Select this radio button to display data on the basis of your selection criteria. Enter the country and company code.

Standard Variants

Output

Based on your selection criteria, the report copies VAT ledger entries or deletes the VAT ledger entries.

Activities

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Accounting -> Financial Accounting -> General Ledger -> Reporting -> Tax Reports -> Slovakia -> VAT Reporting -> Migrate VAT Ledger Data.
