Purpose

You use this report to reverse the monthly clearing document. The purpose of the monthly clearing document is to clear the open withholding tax line items for a month.

Integration

Prerequisites

• Your company has a valid tax card number and tax file number.

• You have specified additional parameters for the Qatari company codes in Specify Additional Parameters for Company Code

• You have assigned a form to this report in Customizing for Financial Accountingunder Financial Accounting Global Settings -> Withholding Tax -> Extended Withholding Tax -> Report -> Country-Specific Functions -> Qatar -> Assign PDF Forms to Reports

• You have generated a monthly clearing document using the Monthly Clearing of Withholding Tax (RPFIWTQA_MCL) report.

Features

Using this report, the system performs the following functions:

• Creates a reversal document to cancel the monthly clearing document

• Deletes the unique tax payment code from the withholding tax line items to which it is assigned

• Changes the status of the withholding tax line items from Closed to Open

Selection

On the selection screen, specify the following details:

• Company code

• Fiscal year

• Payment document number

• Reversal reason

• Reversal document posting date

Standard Variants

Output

The system creates a reversal document.

Activities

To access this report on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Accounting → Financial Accounting → Accounts Payable → Withholding Tax → Qatar → Reversal of Monthly Clearing.
