RPI730I0_2013 - Creates Batch Input Session for infotype 483 (Form 730)

Purpose

This program is used to populate info-type 0483 with data coming from files of form 730 and sent by the Revenue Agency or by CAF (Center of Tax Assistance) for the selected employees.

Selection

First frame: Select the employees or employee groups to be processed by the system.

If in the input file there is an employee without tax payer's reference number, the program does not process the corresponding data.

Second frame: Indicate the processing year and the type of input file to be processed.

Third frame: The flag field for test and the next two fields are mutually exclusive: You can indicate the name of Batch Input session (for example, to distinguish it from the others), only if the flag field is not activated.

Fourth frame: The two fields of this frame define the exclusion of employees with errors afer Batch Input session and relevant data writing in the table containing CAF data.

Standard Variants

Output

The program shows the log containing all relevant information (for example data created for Batch Input session) and eventually occured errors (general messages).
