RPI730I0_2014 - Creates Batch Input Session for infotype 483 (Form 730)

Purpose

This program is used to populate InfoType 0483 with data coming from the 730 form file, sent by the Revenue Agency or from CAF (Fiscal Aid Centre) for the selected employees.

Selection

First frame: Select the employees or groups of employees that have to be processed by the program.

If on the input file there is an employee without fiscal code, the program will not process his/her data.

Second frame: Specify the processing year and the data type from the input file that must be processed.

Third frame: The flag field for test and the two subsequent fields are mutually exclusive: You can specify the batch input session name (for example to distinguish it from the others), only if the flag field is not activated.

Fourth frame: The two fields in this frame determine the exclusion of the employees who show errors after the batch input session and the writing of the relevant data into the table containing CAF data.

Standard Variants

Output

The program shows the log containing all relevant information (for example, data created for the batch input session) and the possible errors that have taken place (general messages).
