Description
The RPI730I3 program generates a batch input session to load the data from the CAF (Center for Fiscal Assistance) for form 730.
To run the program, you should select the file to be loaded and, if necessary, the employees or the company to be processed. The program outputs a list of the selected employees sorted by employees with errors and without errors.
As the generation of a batch input session for employees with errors is usually not required, the program does not perform this operation by default. However, if the user requests the generation of the batch input session for employees with errors as well, the checkbox "Do not generate batch input for employees with errors" on the selection screen must be desabled.
The program checks the file data from the CAF (for instance, it checks whether the municipality key can be read from table T5ITM4) as well as the data available in infotype 0483 (CAF data clearing): in case of discrepancies in the required operation (e.g. correction), the system outputs a warning message in order to avoid any error situation.
Requirements
The file data from the CAF must be available.
In case of correction and/or integration, the original data (to be corrected or integrated) must have been previously loaded; in case of delayed settlement, no record concerning the processing year data must exist.
Output
The program generates a batch input session which can be loaded through transaction sm35 (batch input sessions).
