Purpose

You use the report RPIBVUD0 to delimit master data that was used before January 1, 2009 for the professionals pension and to create new infotype records that are used for reporting the professionals pension. The report uses the Business Add-In (BAdI) HRPAYDE_BV_MNR. to enter the correct member number for the professionals pension in the master data

Prerequisites

You have imported the PPO file using the report RPUBVDD0. This ensures that the report can access the master data for the professionals pension schemes.

You must ensure that the new member number of the professionally insured person, whose master data is to be limited and created, has been created correctly by the BAdI HRPAYDE_BV_MNR. The default implementation of the BAdI uses the old member number of the insured person and adds to this the PPO number for the insured person's institute stored in the feature DZSVB. If the master data does not contain a member number, the system saves the dummy number of the pension scheme as the member number in the master data in the infotype 126 (supplementary pension D) in the subtype 2.

If the pension scheme that assigns the member numbers for people insured professionally no longer uses the old member numbers in the PPO notification procedure, you cannot use the default implementation for the BAdI HRPAYDE_BV_MNR. You can then create a customer-specific BAdI implementation or create the master data manually.

If you have entered a dummy institute only for self-payers in infotype 79, you must enter the correct infotype 79 (SI supplementary pension D) before you start the batch input report so that this report can create the master data. For this purpose, you must assign the current institute to the new PPO number in the feature DZSVB if you want to use the default implementation for the BAdI HRPAYDE_BV_MNR.

Alternatively, you can manually create the new infotypes for the professional pension. You can then use the batch input report RPIBVUD0 to delimit the old data for the infotypes 126 (supplementary pension D) and 79 (SI supplementary pension D) to December 31, 2008.

Features

The batch input report RPIBVUD0 delimits the old infotype records for professionals pension schemes and creates new master data for the notification procedure for professionals pension schemes from January 1, 2009.

The following are delimited on December 31, 2008:

  • All infotype records for the infotype 126 (supplementary pension D) that do not have the subtype 2, 7, or 8
  • All infotype records for the infotype 79 (SI supplementary pension D) with the insurance type 2 (pension insurance) and the SI special rule 00 (PI insurance)

Infotype records for the infotype 126 (supplementary pension D) with the subtype 2 are created on January 1, 2009 if there is a corresponding record for the infotype 79 (SI supplementary pension D) for the employee and the PI indicator 5 has been entered in the infotype 13 (social insurance D).

Output

The report displays the personnel numbers that were processed successfully and the personnel numbers for which errors occurred when the new infotype records were created.
