RPIBZVD0 - Batch Input Session Infotype 0699 Supplemental Pension Const. Industry

Purpose

Creates a batch input session for converting taxation of contributions to a supplementary pension fund on infotype 0699.

Features

Selection

Select the emplyees for whom you want to create an infotype 0699 for a supplementary pension. The report considers the assignments that are valid for the entered key date.

Restrict the creation of infotype 0699 to the construction employee subgroups you want.

In the block Infotype German Pension Reform, fill the fields for the infotyope being created.

If the combination of Attachment Type and Sequence Number already exists for an employee, then the next sequence number is used for the new infotype.

Standard Variants

Output

You receive a table containing the personnel numbers for which entries were created in the batch input session. The structure consists of the fields of infotype 0699, of which the majority are hidden in the layout provided by SAP.

The system does not create any infotype 0699 in the batch input session in time periods during which the indicator No Participation in Social Fund Procedure was set for the employee in infotype 0189.

If you selected it on the selection screen, the system creates a batch input session.

Activities

1. First start the report without generating a batch input session. If the system issues error messages or warning messages, try to correct the errors involved, or remove the affected personnel numbers from the selection.
2. Start the report agains and generate the batch input session. Use background processing during the update run. Save the log in a local file.
3. Once you have run the report successfully, process the batch input session.
