Purpose

This report is used for the annual creation of the infotype 0846 for the receiving Public Sector employers for regular reimbursements according to §10 of the German treaty on sharing of pension costs (Versorgungslastenteilungs-Staatsvertrag).

The report copies the infotype 0846 data record that is valid on the day before the specified year to the period of the specified year. Only infotype 0846 data records that are based on legal basis 06 (§10) are copied and only for the receiving Public Sector employers.

Integration

Prerequisites

An infotype 0846 that is based on legal basis 06 (§10) must exist on the day before the specified year. In addition, the employee must be active in the specified year or surviving dependents must exist in the specified year. No infotype 0846 data records based on legal basis 06 (§10) can exist yet in the year for which the infotype 0846 is to be created.

Selection

• Test Run (No Update): If this option is selected, no data records are created in the database. The system just simulates copying the data records and outputs the corresponding log.

• Year to Which Is Copied: A new infotype 0846 is created for the year that is specified here. The infotype 0846 data record that is valid on the day before this year is used as a template for copying.
