Purpose

This report processes the entries of the table Data Backup in the event of termination due to EStG Sec.77 4a (T5A2_J6), in order to generate batch input for the infotypes Recurring Payments/Deductions (0014) and Additional Payments (0015) from this. Typically, the personnel numbers are selected using match code W, but this can be combined with the familiar selection options (for example, payroll area, personnel area, and so on).

For a personnel number found in accordance with the report selection criteria, all entries in T5A2_J6 are processed.

An entry in T5A2_J6 contains the period (BEGDA / ENDDA) for which an IT0014 record is to be generated. The report also checks whether the new IT0014 record to be created overlaps with existing infotype records. A corresponding comment is stored in the report log (online only).

Integration

Prerequisites

Determining the control sixth resulted in an entry in table T5A2_J6 in Payroll, and thus in a corresponding notification in the payroll log (including entry in match code "W").

Features

Selection

If you specifically enter a payroll area on the selection screen, only those personnel numbers with a matching entry in table T5A2_J6 are processed (see below, Output).

The following types of processing are available:

  • Create batch input directly - Process in the background (applies to batch processing only)
Here, the batch input sessions are created without an overview being output, only statistics and an error log are displayed.
  • Process report list - Processing with output of log
In this log it is evident which infotype records (for IT0014 and IT0015) are generated by means of batch input and which reactions may possibly be triggered by transaction PA30 (for example, delimiting/overlapping of existing records). Furthermore, you can use the "Create Batch Input" pushbutton to trigger the creation of batch input.
  • Keep processed sessions
You thereby define that batch input sessions are not deleted (immediately) after being processed.
  • Output created BI records
You thereby define that the batch input records created during processing are logged. This is useful, for example, if you would like an overview of the created BI records in batch processing.
  • Intersection selection versus T5A2_J6 entries
The intersection is formed - between the database selection (PNP) and the entries in the table T5A2_J6 (for certain BI-MODIFs and payroll areas). Processing is performed only for the personnel numbers in this intersection. This enables you to avoid unnecessary warning messages if your match code W contains a large number of personnel numbers for which payroll was rejected for other reasons.

Standard Variants

Output

The results of all personnel numbers of a payroll area are bundled in a separate batch input session. The name of the batch input session is also supplemented by the payroll area.
