Purpose

This report calculates the non-recurring payment in March 2003 for salaried employees/hourly-paid employees or the non-recurring payment in August 2003 for civil servants and creates a batch input session to import this information into infotype 0015 (Additional Payments).

Selection

In the Wage Type field, enter the wage type to be reported in infotype 0015; in the Date of Cash Payment field, enter the date of the payment. (This should be March 1, 2003 for salaried employees/hourly-paid employees or August 1, 2003 for civil servants.)

You can use the Wage Types t/b Taken into Acct reporting parameter to specify the wage types to be used as a basis for calculating the non-recurring payment.

The non-recurring payment for salaried employees/hourly-paid employees requires that the employee is due payments on at least one day in February 2003 (payment, leave remuneration, payments for illness).

The non-recurring payment for civil servants requires that the person is entitled to pay for the entire month of April 2003 and at least one day in May 2003.

In both cases, the absence types that cause no payments to be made must be entered in the Unpaid Absences field.

The absence type for illness plays a special role because it is not regarded as unpaid until after the continued pay/sick pay supplement period. For this reason, it is entered separately in the Absence Type Sickness field. This field is not relevant for civil servants.

You use the Alternative Pay Scale Types selection parameter to specify the pay scale types for trainees according to the Vocational Training Act, students in nursing care, interns, and placement students because these have a different maximum non-recurring payment. For the non-recurring payments of civil servants, list the pay scale types of the civil service trainees here.
