RPIISVN4 - Conversion of Contract Data to Infotype Social Insurance (0059)

Purpose

This report converts the contract data related to the Labor market in balance law (Dutch: Wet arbeidsmarkt in balans - WAB) from Wage Return (0808) and Contract Elements (0016) infotypes to the new WAB related fields in Social Insurance (0059) infotype.

• Contract Type, Validity and Annualized Hours will be converted according to the report parameters:

• Written Contract will always be converted into Yes

• Stand-by Contract will converted into Yes in case the Insurance Obligation in Wage Return infotype has value D or E.

The report selects valid infotype records on or after the start date of the payroll period 01/2020. The report will create new records as of the start date for the involved infotypes. The records valid after the start date will also be converted accordingly.

You convert these data only once, before you run the payroll for period 01/2020.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have checked and adapted the features to set default values for infotype: NLSVD for Social Insurance (0059), NLLAG for Wage Return (0808), CONTR for Contract Elements (0016) according to the conversion you want to perform.

You have checked and adapted the infotype group of your actions (V_T588D) and the changeability of the involved infotype fields (V_T588M).

Possibly you also need to check and adapt your dynamic actions (V_T588Z).

Features

You can execute the report in test mode, which provides an ALV list for test purposes. After you have checked the conversion, you create a batch input session to maintain the data.

Selection

In the selection screen, you:

1. Select the employees to be processed. You can also select all employees of a legal person
2. Choose the infotypes to convert
3. Select a parameter for "Open Ended" and "Fixed Term" if you choose to convert data from infotypes Wage Return, or Wage Return and Contract Elements. Here you specify which contract type you want to convert in infotype Social Insurance (0059).
4. Choose your option for annualized hours

Standard Variants

Output

The report displays a log with following information:

• An ALV list of all selected employees with the old and new data

• Person-specific messages and statistics with the number of persons that have been selected, successfully processed or rejected

• General messages (In case the create batch input session option is ON) provides information about the batch input session created
