RPIJSVN0 - Conversion of SI indicators

Purpose

As of January 1, 2013 some of the existing ZVW codes are replaced by new ones.

You can use this report to copy existing infotype Social Insurance NL (0059) records to a new record with start date January 1, 2013, and at the same time, convert these previous ZVW codes into the new ones.

This report creates a batch input session. By running this batch input session, you can make the changes in the Social Insurance NL (0059) infotype.

Integration

Prerequisites

Only records which are valid on or after January 1, 2013. Records which are valid before and after January 1, 2013 will be delimited and a new record will be created with start date January 1, 2013. Records which are only valid after January 1, 2013 will be directly converted.

Features

Selection

You can select personnel numbers, employment status and legal person to run this report. If you want to create a batch input session, you have to enter a group name and user ID.

Standard Variants

Output

The log displays all persons who were correctly processed. Both the old value (red columns) and the new value are given.

Besides the correctly processed persons, the application log also specifies which persons have not been correctly processed, and why.

The ZVW indicators are converted in the following way:

Old ZVW indicator		New ZVW indicator

C: Insured normal rate		K: Ins. normal ER rate
D: Insured Seamen rate		L: Ins. 0 % ER (Seamen)
E: Insured low rate		M: Ins. EE contribution
F: Insured multiple rates		N: Ins. Mult. ER Rates
