Purpose

This report creates a record for migration of the no-risk policy field on the infotype Wage Return (0808) to the four checkbox fields for no-risk policy, article 7 of the Social Work Law (Wet sociale werkvoorziening - WSW), Job agreement and Minimum wage exemption.

The report copies an existing record with all relevant data, migrates the no-risk policy entry in the corresponding checkbox field and changes the start date of the infotype with the start date in the selection screen for all selected employees.

Selection

Create new records as of date: the date as of which the new regulation must start is displayed; this is also the start date of the new infotype record. This date is determined by the NRPL (Migration date no-risk policy) subapplication.

Attention: The entered date influences the payroll recalculation and corrections or notification of illnesses.

Define carefully this date and use a date between 01.01.2018 and 01.01.2019 (or 30.12.2018 in case of (4-) weekly payroll.

Create batch input session: check this option if you have checked the ALV output and want to start migrating the data.

Migration Rules

When migrating the data, the following rules will be applied for the following fields:

  • Job Agreement: will be marked in case the no-risk policy has the value 6, 7, 8, 9, C or D

  • WSW article 7: will be marked in case the no-risk policy has value A

  • Minimum wage exemption: will be marked in case the no-risk policy has value C

  • New no-risk policy: will be marked in case the old no-risk policy has any value

Standard Variants

Output

ALV file with the following information:

  • Personal number
  • Formatted name
  • Current start and end date of the infotype
  • New start and end date of the infotype
  • Old no-risk policy value
  • New no-risk policy, WSW article 7, Job agreement and Minimum wage exemption and their new value

Activities

If a record already exists at the start date in the selection screen, the program automatically adjusts this record and the no-risk policy value on the corresponding new field(s).
