RPINCL00 - This report is no longer used

Description

This report deletes INCLUDE member and in addition, lists a cross-reference via the used routines (FORMs, MODULEs).
Print editing can be influenced by print control statements that must start on column 1.
The following print control statements are supported:

*SPACE nn leave nn lines empty (if nn not specified: Leave 1 line empty)
*EJECT new page
