Purpose

Integration

This program uses a batch input session to generate the structure equalization wage type (OD0S) in infotype 0008 (Basic Pay). Up to ten new fields are also filled in table PDPBSTVOED_UEB.

Prerequisites

  • Transition to the TVoeD collective agreement has taken place.
  • Any pay scale increases must have been carried out using report RPIPSR00 and the batch input session created must also have been processed.

Features

  • The program creates a batch input session that is used to extend all the records of the "Basic Pay" infotype for the selected personnel numbers to include the wage type for structure equalization as of the day selected.
  • Using the Business Add-In for overriding the 'Progression' field (BAdI: HRPBSDE_TVOED), you can adjust this field according to your requirements.
  • In table PDPBSTVOED_UEB, the program enters data in up to ten new fields: 'STTAG_UEB', 'FALGK', 'FALGR', 'PERSG_NEU', 'PERGK_NEU', 'TRFAR_NEU', 'TRFGB_NEU', 'TRFGR_NEU', 'TRFST_NEU', 'AUFST', 'BZSTA', 'OTRGR'.

Selection

You can make the following entries on the selection screen:

  • Structure Equalization group box
  • Enter the wage type that is to be created in infotype 0008 for the date selected.

  • If the actual transition date differs from the one specified in the collective agreement, enter a starting point for calculating the structure equalization in the "Key Date for Structure Equalization" field. If the actual transition date matches the one specified in the collective agreement, leave this field empty.

  • Options group box
  • Enter the key date for the delimitation of infotype 0008.

  • If the "Test Run" indicator is selected, database changes are not written to table PDPBSTVOED_UEB and a BI session is not created.

  • The "Overwrite Fields" indicator controls whether fields already filled in table PDPBSTVOED_UEB are overwritten. If this indicator is selected, existing data in table PDPBSTVOED_UEB is overwritten, even if the fields were already filled.

  • The "Extended Generation" switch should not be selected if the progression indicators can be determined correctly when the report is run (due to configured case group functionality or use of relevant BAdIs). If this switch is set, the required checks are carried out without the progression indicator. The wage type is saved for all the relevant personnel numbers.

  • Controlling the Batch Input Session

Standard Variants

Output

The report returns the results in an ALV list. You can format this list as required. If you choose not to generate a log, the program creates an error and warning list.
