RPISTED0 - Remove 'Lock ELSTER' Indicator

Purpose

With the annual tax law for 2009, for all persons subject to tax with restrictions, an employment tax statement is to be created and sent to the clearing house.

With this batch input, the 'Lock ELSTER' indicator is deleted as of the entered key date for persons subject to tax with restrictions. For employees that have been inactive since the entered key date, the 'Lock ELSTER' indicator is removed if payroll has been run for these employees after the key date.

Selection

You use the 'Key Date' input parameter to enter the date as of which the master data is to be converted. The default value is 01/01/2009.

For a date before 01/01/2009, 01/01/2009 is used as the key date.

Standard Variants

Output

A batch input session is created. This session contains those records of infotype 0012 'Tax D' for which the following applies:

- The valid-to date is after the entered key date

- The person is subject to tax with restrictions

- The 'Lock ELSTER' indicator is set (the lock is removed by BI)

- Payroll has been run for inactive employees after the entered key date
